Pre-Arrest Bail

To get pre-arrest bail confirmed, it's necessary that the accused establish before the court that the complainant registered this FIR out of personal enmity, and its purpose is to humiliate the accused publicly, and that, under the cover of this FIR, he wants to gain some benefit for himself that he isn't lawfully entitled to, and that, to fulfil the complainant's purpose, out of self-interest, the police are supporting the complainant and are not bringing the real facts onto the case record, facts which would establish the accused's innocence.
