Post-Arrest Bail

To get post-arrest bail granted, the accused must establish before the court that the evidence gathered against the accused is doubtful, and that the accused holds such a position in society that he cannot abscond, that he cannot damage the prosecution's evidence, that he is not a previous convict or a person with a criminal record, and that if the accused is kept in jail, this brings no benefit to the prosecution, the accused is being held in jail but the prosecution isn't presenting its evidence, that if the accused is released on bail, this causes no harm to the prosecution in any respect, that after being released on bail the accused will not repeat the offence, and in exchange for this release the accused is ready to present a surety before the court.
