Occupying Land and Building a Mosque

What law addresses people who occupy some land and, under the cover of religion, build a mosque, church, or temple to try to hold on to the occupied land?

Otherwise, no knowledgeable person would do such a thing, because to any knowledgeable person, religion is the most important part of their life, and they act with reward and punishment based on their religion in mind.

If someone does something like this, be assured that they have no real connection to religion at all, they're doing this out of their own personal greed, which no religion permits.

Now the answer to what legal action can be taken if someone does this:
1. This act is usually committed by the accused on land that has been vacant for a long time, and 90 percent of such land belongs to the government.

First solution: Immediately file a written application at the local police station, and if it was a plot that was simply occupied and turned into a place of worship, then a case will be registered against the accused or accused persons under Section 448 PPC.
And if the accused or accused persons created forged documents to make this place of worship appear lawful, then a case will be registered under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471 PPC and 448 PPC.

Second solution: You can file a civil suit for restoration of possession.
