These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of LawyersOnline.pk (the “website”). The website is a legal information portal for Pakistan. Its legal content is prepared under the direction of our legal team, and the technology is provided by KOANAKTIVE.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Everything on the website, including articles, blog posts, videos, and answers to questions, is general information. It is not legal advice, and it does not create a lawyer and client relationship between you and us.

Laws change, and every case has its own facts. Before you act on any information from this website, speak to a qualified lawyer about your own situation. We are not responsible for any decision you make based only on what you read here.

The phone number on our contact page is for booking an in-person appointment only. We do not give legal advice over the phone.

Contacting us, or booking an appointment, does not make us your lawyers until a separate agreement is made in person.

You agree to use the website lawfully and fairly. You must not:

• break any law of Pakistan, or help someone else to do so;
• try to gain access to accounts, the dashboard, or any part of the website you are not allowed to use;
• send spam, viruses, or anything designed to disrupt or overload the website;
• use automated tools to copy large parts of the website or to flood our forms;
• pretend to be another person or to represent us without our permission.

You can browse the website without an account. If you create one, you must give correct information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Accounts for lawyers and staff are created by us. We may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms or our Content Policy, or that we believe is being misused.

You can send us questions, comments, contact messages, and, if you are a contributing lawyer, articles and images. You remain responsible for what you send, and you promise that it is lawful and that you have the right to share it.

By sending content for publication, you give us permission to publish it on the website, and to edit it for length or clarity, for as long as it stays on the website. Questions and comments are checked before they appear, and we may approve, reject, or remove any of them.

Please follow our Content Policy. In particular, links and phone numbers are not allowed in questions and comments.

The articles, blog posts, images, logo, and design of the website belong to us or to the people who gave us permission to use them. They are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may read the website and share links to it. You may quote short parts with a clear credit and a link back to the original page. You must not copy, republish, or sell our content in bulk without our written permission.

The website may show videos from YouTube and advertisements from Google AdSense, and may link to other websites. These belong to other companies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
