Bail Before Arrest

To secure confirmation of pre-arrest bail, it is necessary for the accused to prove before the court that the complainant registered this FIR out of personal enmity, and that his purpose is to humiliate the accused before the public, and that, under the guise of this FIR, he wants to achieve some interest of his own to which he is not legally entitled, and that, in order to achieve this purpose of the complainant, the police, out of personal greed, is siding with the complainant and is not bringing the real facts onto the record, which would prove the accused's innocence.
