A Fake Nikah Document for a Girl

A fake nikah document has been created for a girl in an attempt to abduct her, and threats are being made.

First, the nature of the threat:
1. Is that person threatening in person, or is he getting someone else to relay the threat on his behalf?
2. Is he threatening by phone call, or through the internet (WhatsApp, etc.)?

If it's the first situation, you'll know that person by name, and if he's getting someone else to do it, you'll at least know that person's description if not their name.

If it's the second situation and you don't know his name, you'll have his phone number, or the number of the phone he's calling from. I've described both these situations in detail so you can easily understand the answer.

First solution: Immediately inform your parents or elders about it. The parents or elders should first understand the matter themselves, and if they find it to be true, immediately inform the local police or emergency police. This information should be in writing, addressed to the SHO, in the form of an application for registration of a case. The case will be registered under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471 PPC, Section 29 of the Telegraph Act (and if the threats weren't made by phone, Section 506 PPC).

Second solution: When the nikah document surfaces, immediately file a suit for takzeeb-e-nikah (denial of marriage) to get the marriage annulled and the nikah document cancelled, on the grounds that this nikah document is false, fabricated, and self-created.

Third solution: If the accused has made that nikah document public, causing dishonour to the girl and her family, they can file a declaratory suit or a criminal complaint.
