My father has a Residential plot on Chakri road, Bahu Town and someone has illegaly occupied the land. Now we want to vacate it and build our own house on it. Please advise whats the process to file petition in civil court. We've all the require original documents.

Salaam Sir, I need an advice from you on my particular matter, my father won a pre emption shufa zameen in the court but never visited the site or partitioned the land after winning the case. Currently my father has passed away and I'm trying to demarcate/partition the land based on the document but the I was told by the Patwari that it's not possible. I'm 100% sure that my father's land is illegaly possessed by land grabbers and they are preventing it from happening. What option do I have? Please I've watched most of your videos on the land matter hence I came to you sir for an advice. Can you please kindly respond as soon as possible. Thank you and GOD bless you.

AoA. Respected Sir, Punjab govt. distt. Sahiwal me 200 acres agricultural land acquire kr rhi hai jis py ' Waste Water Treatment Plant ' banaya jay ga. Asian Development bank ( ADB ) funding kr rha hai. Meri zameen bi is me shamil hai. Local govt k numaindy 26 lakh offer kr rhy hain jo k hamary Moza ki اوست بیع hai. Resettlement k liy yeh raqam nakafi hai. Hum km az km 45 lakh per acre tak deny py razamand hain. Zameen pichly 8 months sy kisi bi qism k agreement ya khareed o farookht k liy bann hai. Is sy theeky ka muamla bi mutasir hai ar hum maali mushkalat ka shikar hain. Baray mehrbani is muamly me rehnumai farmeen. Allah Pak jaza e khyr dy.

Asslam-o-Alaikum, First of all i want to thank you for your YT education videos that are really appreciative. You are doing such a nice work for humanity. I want to ask a question for my problem, Hope you will definitely define in best way. My sister have been married since 9 years (2010) ago with my Phuppo son, after the 1 year of marriage we were getting torture problem from our sister. Sometime she came at our home due to husband torture but often our family said to go home back her Susra and these scenario are continuously repeating month by month and we were compromising. Her husband also not working well. after all before 15 days back she came our home back due to again torture by hand of his husband. My father said now we will not compromise ever again, it's enough. and Her husband is also threatening on call and saying that i will not give TALAQ. So we gone to nearest police station and written an application against her husband but you know well a application doesn't work well. Today her husband and his brothers came at our home and forcefully came into our home for fight, my brother called to 15 (Police helpline) to record a statement. before the Madadgaar has to came he and his brother run away and we gone to police station again for report but police didn't help. we want KHULA from court but unfortunately family court are closed due to COVID-19 and Our family members are in stress and and couldn't finding the best way to protect ourselves.
