salam sir , i just would like some information regarding laws on mentally ill person owning propert in his name given by father and with depression , schizophrenia , drug abuse and self mutilation history with medical file and record in various hospitals with therapy and indoor psychatric help but of sound mind taking medication but still hearing voices and talking to self and visual halucination trying to keep things under control and feeling safe as both parents are alive no problem with 2 brothers of fear of taking his propert or share but willingly agreeing to transfer his share to one of the brothers to invest in bank or keep in property and himself live in a contained privae psychatric hospital after parents are not guardian for him anymore and live in hospital till death as fear of harming himself or others , sorry for the details but id like to hire a lawer and make necessary paper work for a person in such condition. thanking you in anticipation

My father recently passed away and for the money in his possession our lawyer drafted a family settlement agreement which required each legal heir and two witnesses to sign however my sister is not signing the family settlement form is there a way for each heir to get their legal share without a family settlement agreement?

Hello. Sir we have a house in lahore which has pt1 document only in name of my father and his elder brother. Can we do registry of this house from pt1? If yes then how. Also, can we sell house on pt1 without any issues?

اسلام وعلیکم کیا حال ھے کیا کوئی شخص کسی دوسرے کے گھر کے سامنے اپنا گیس کا میٹر لگوا سکتا ھے ؟؟؟؟ ہمارے ہمسائے زبردستی سیاسی اثرورسوخ سے اپنا گیس کا میٹر جو قانونی طور پر ان کے گھر کے سامنے لگنا چاہیے چونکہ ان کے گھر کے سامنے پائپ لائن موجود نہیں ھے تو وہ ہمارے گھر تک اوپن فیٹنگ کروا کر پوائنٹ لگوا چکے ہیں اور اب سوئیگیس میٹر لگوانے کی کوشش کرتا ھے اور سنگین نتائج کی دھمکیاں بھی دیتا ھے
