Hi, I hope you are doing great. I am contacting you regarding one of issue that I am facing. I am working in a private company for which that company has made me sign a bond that I will not leave the company before completion of one year but now I am not ok with the management, so I want to resign. As there is a bond signed between the company and me so will it create any issues if I resign before 1 year?

want to claim part of the 30 year old property my father left behind but none of my siblings are interested and some of them are abroad with no Pakistani cnic. witness has also backed away. what to do in this case?

Aoa sir I have a query if i sold car to some one and did a sale agreement on proper stamp paper with notary public attestation and in that agreement it is written that the buyer has to transfer car on his name within 7 days of agreement and all the documents have been provided to him and if he did not even after few months then being a seller what can i do? Is stamp paper sufficient as a proof that i m not responsible as the car is in possession of the buyer after agreement?

Asalam-o-Alikum Sir, My Name is Farrukh and i need some help from you regarding my case. Sir My father purchase some property back in 1997 on my name with his retirement money. Sir i was at the age of 9 years at that time. My father then died in 2012. Now my other brothers want tocase on me regarding this property on the name of "Benami Property". currently I reside in this property and i also have the orignal document. I also watched your video on the "Benami property". You said in that video peple will not case in Benami property after Feb, 2020. So can my brothers case against me in accordance to Benami property now? If they can what should i do?

اسلام وعلیکم میرے والد صحاب کے فوت ھونے کے بعد بھایئوں نے والدہ کے ساتھ اچھا سلوک نھی کیا۔ جس کہ بعد والدہ نے پراپرٹی جو والد صحاب کے نام تھی عدالت میں جا کر سب بچوں کے نام کر دی جو سب شادی شُدہ تھے ۔پوچھنا یہ ھے کہ اب وہ سب میں برابر میں تقسیم ھو گی یا بیٹے کےوہ ھی دو حصے اور بیٹی کا ایک ۔کیوں کہ اب والدہ بھی زندہ ھی ھیں۔شکریہ۔اُمید ھے آپ جواب ضرور دے گے۔

اسلام و علیکم ورحمتہ اللہ وبرکاتہ! محترم میرا یہ سوال ہے کہ پولیس نے ملزم کو حراست میں لیا اور پھر 9بی کا جھوٹا مقدمہ بنا کر ایک دن کی جیل بھیج دیا ضمانت کے بعد عدالت سے سمن آئے جب کورٹ فائل دیکھی تو معلوم ہوا مجسٹریٹ نے 9سی کے چارجز کو سیشن کورٹ بھیجا ہے نامکمل پولیس فائل میں ملزم کی عمر 35/36 بیان کی جب کے ملزم کی 23/24 ہے اور حیرت کی بات ہے کہ انٹر نیٹ پر یہی مقدمہ نمبر 302 کے چارجز سے کسی اور کے نام پر بھی ہے اور اس کی بھی اسی عدالت میں شنوائی ہے اور اسی تاریخ پر جس پر ہماری ہے جبکہ ہم نے پچھلی شنوائی پر بریت کی درخواست کی ہے البتہ ہمارا وکیل اور ریڈر پروبیشن پر بضد ہیں۔ برائے مہربانی رہنمائی فرمائیں۔ نصراللہ۔فیصل آباد
