Aoa sir I have a query if i sold car to some one and did a sale agreement on proper stamp paper with notary public attestation and in that agreement it is written that the buyer has to transfer car on his name within 7 days of agreement and all the documents have been provided to him and if he did not even after few months then being a seller what can i do? Is stamp paper sufficient as a proof that i m not responsible as the car is in possession of the buyer after agreement?
