General Parvez Musharraf Order - Paragraph 1

1- This order shall decide the trail of General(R) Pervez Musharraf ("Accused") for high treason  defined at article 6 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. 1973 ("Constitution") read with s.3 and punishable by s.2 of the High treason (Punishment) Act, 1973 ("Act") through abrogation of the Constitution on promulgation of self-declared  emergency and dismantling of the judicial system.
