السلام وعلیکم My question about dividing share of property between son and daughter of decades. Both inherent a house at Karachi. Property is on name of their father and he migrated from India. At the time of death no any relative was a live except 1 son and 1 daughter. Now son do not have any child. So legally how much share shall transfer to son and daughter. As per Islamic laws it should be half. I need to know law of Pakistan.

AoA!!! sir hum 4 brother and 1 sister hain. hum apna maqaan bechna chaty hain, hum 3 bhai or sister ki razamandi hai, par bara bhai nai maan raha, kindly aap is k mutaliq hamari rehnumai ker sakty hain.

Dear Lawyer, My sister is a widow having 3 daughter with her, her father in law(Susar) has died two months back. Please guide us whether her daughters or herself can claim her part from the property of her husband's father (father in law - susar) legally and according to sharia. Asalam-o-Alikum Sir, My Name is Farrukh and i need some help from you regarding my case. Sir My father purchase some property back in 1997 on my name with his retirement money. Sir i was at the age of 9 years at that time. My father then died in 2012. Now my other brothers want tocase on me regarding this property on the name of "Benami Property". currently I reside in this property and i also have the orignal document. I also watched your video on the "Benami property". You said in that video peple will not case in Benami property after Feb, 2020. So can my brothers case against me in accordance to Benami property now? If they can what should i do?

اسلام وعلیکم میرے والد صحاب کے فوت ھونے کے بعد بھایئوں نے والدہ کے ساتھ اچھا سلوک نھی کیا۔ جس کہ بعد والدہ نے پراپرٹی جو والد صحاب کے نام تھی عدالت میں جا کر سب بچوں کے نام کر دی جو سب شادی شُدہ تھے ۔پوچھنا یہ ھے کہ اب وہ سب میں برابر میں تقسیم ھو گی یا بیٹے کےوہ ھی دو حصے اور بیٹی کا ایک ۔کیوں کہ اب والدہ بھی زندہ ھی ھیں۔شکریہ۔اُمید ھے آپ جواب ضرور دے گے۔
