السلام وعلیکم My question about dividing share of property between son and daughter of decades. Both inherent a house at Karachi. Property is on name of their father and he migrated from India. At the time of death no any relative was a live except 1 son and 1 daughter. Now son do not have any child. So legally how much share shall transfer to son and daughter. As per Islamic laws it should be half. I need to know law of Pakistan.
