I have purchase 1 kanal land in 2014 vide intiqal and constructed a home on it. Now in 2020 i came to know that this property was already sold by owner in 2010. Means this property is twice sold with legal intiqals. Now the owner from which both parties have purchase has died 3 years before. Now what is my legal position?
