I have a query if i sold car to some one and did a sale agreement on proper stamp paper with notary public attestation and in that agreement it is written that the buyer has to transfer car on his name within 7 days of agreement and all the documents have been provided to him and if he did not even after few months then being a seller what can i do? Is stamp paper sufficient as a proof that i m not responsible as the car is in possession of the buyer after agreement?

You may file application before motor registration authority excise and taxation after attached copies of aforesaid documents for intimation then you will b completely secure..
