Q. Salaam Sir,
I need an advice from you on my particular matter, my father won a pre emption shufa zameen in the court but never visited the site or partitioned the land after winning the case. Currently my father has passed away and I'm trying to demarcate/partition the land based on the document but the I was told by the Patwari that it's not possible. I'm 100% sure that my father's land is illegaly possessed by land grabbers and they are preventing it from happening. What option do I have? Please I've watched most of your videos on the land matter hence I came to you sir for an advice. Can you please kindly respond as soon as possible.
