Q. Civil Execution was allowed against a property in 2013, From Senior Civil Judge. After that
Judgement debtors filed multiple Civil Revision at Additional District and Session Judge and took a stay order. In 2019 all civil
revision were dismissed. Then Civil Execution court gave a verdict to allow issue of
writ of possession through bailiff with police support.
Now again Judgement debtors has filled multiple civil revision at Additional district and session judge
and took a stay.
