I hope you are doing great. I am contacting you regarding one of issue that I am facing. I am working in a private company for which that company has made me sign a bond that I will not leave the company before completion of one year but now I am not ok with the management, so I want to resign. As there is a bond signed between the company and me so will it create any issues if I resign before 1 year?

Although bounded labour is prohibited in Pakistan but if some incentive is attached with the bound then you have to obey the terms and conditions with the bound.
However one month prior notice before leaving the job is enough...
