Q. salam sir , i just would like some information regarding laws on mentally ill person owning propert in his name given by father and with depression , schizophrenia , drug abuse and self mutilation history with medical file and record in various hospitals with therapy and indoor psychatric help but of sound mind taking medication but still hearing voices and talking to self and visual halucination trying to keep things under control and feeling safe as both parents are alive no problem with 2 brothers of fear of taking his propert or share but willingly agreeing to transfer his share to one of the brothers to invest in bank or keep in property and himself live in a contained privae psychatric hospital after parents are not guardian for him anymore and live in hospital till death as fear of harming himself or others , sorry for the details but id like to hire a lawer and make necessary paper work for a person in such condition. thanking you in anticipation
