Q. Dear Sir,
We have 1 family home which was built by my father and eldest brother because they used to run business together in UAE.
Due to absence of my father in Pakistan at that time, the land and home was registered under ownership of my mother.
Years after, due to disputes among family, my mother transferred the ownership/authority of the house to my eldest brother's wife, as law at that time didnt allow her to put the house on my eldest brother's name.
I want to know on behalf of my father that is there any law which can protect the rights of all brothers and sisters. Because my father wants the house to be transferred to all siblings as per sharia guidelines.
